Passport (signed and valid for 6 months with at lest 2 blank pages marked “Visas” side by side
DRC Visa Application Form dualy coppleted and sighned.
Colored Passport-style photographs (2″x2″) taken within last 6 months.
For Non-Canadian applicants - Proof of Legal Status in Canada (PR Card, Work Permit, Long-stay visa with a minimum validity of one year).
Copy of the flight itinerary (not an actual ticket).
Copy of the yellow fever vaccination card.
Passport copy ( BIO page only) and copies of previous DRC visas (If applicable).
For Business visa – Notarized Invitation Letter from a company in DRC; Canadian Company Business Letter biefly introdusing the applicant and clearly stating the precise nature of the business and activities to be conducted (dates and places of the business contacts in DRC included)
For Tourist and Family Visit visa - Notorized Invitation Letterfrom the host .
If the tourist is not using either a tourist agency or private host, the tourist needs to provide a letter stating the purpose of the trip, the site the tourist plans to visit, the hotel reservation, and the duration of the trip. This letter should be notarized. You need to provide proof of sufficient funds for the trip as well as a travel itinerary and hotel reservation.
