Ghana Visa Application Form and Requirements of Ghana High Commission
- Passport signed and valid at least for 6 months with 2 blank visa pages. Passport ID page copy in JPG, not exeeding 1MB
- Ghana Visa Application Forms fully completed in block letters.
- One recent passport size photo and digital photo in JPG, 140 px x 170 px, not exeeding 1MB.
- Proof of Legal Status in Canada for Non-Canadian applicants (PR Card, Work Permit, etc.)
- Iinvitation from your host. Should be accompanied by names and addresses of two references, one of which can be the Hotel An invitation letter from invitee with a copy of a photo ID plus digital copie in JPG, not exeeding 1MB
- For Business visa - introductory letter from your Canadian employer as well as invitation letter from your host company in Ghana guaranteeing stay in Ghana and stating the reasons for visit. Two references are required. Please supply names and addresses of business associates and their companies as references in Ghana. A hotel may be used only as a second reference, plus digital copie in JPG, not exeeding 1MB
- Flight booking and hotel reservation in JPG, not exeeding 1MB
- Yellow Fever Certificate and a copy in JPG, not exeeding 1MB
- Client Order Form. Payments can be made by cash, money order or certified check. Prices do not include 13% HST.
