Russian Visa Application Form and Requirements of the Russian Consulate

Passport (signed and valid at least for 6 months after the date of the planned departure from the Russia with 3 blank visa pages).

Russian Visa Application Form, properly filled out on-line, printed out and signed. Additional $30 will be charged if you do not provide with on-line form. If you can not fill out Visa application on-line, use the off-line Application Form.

One Colored Passport size photo (3.5cm x 4.5cm).

One photocopy of ID page of the passport.

Proof of Legal Status in Canada for Non-Canadian applicants (PR Card, Work Permit, etc.)

Proof of Non-Russian Citizenship for former citizens of the USSR or Russian Federation (Visa to Israel, Record of Landing dated before Feb.6, 1992, etc.)

Copy of medical insurance policy valid for travel to Russia for citizens of UE and Israel

For working or student visas- negative HIV test result.

Ivitation /Visa Support documents. Tourist Invitation /Visa Support can be provided for an additional $30
