Cambobia Visa Application Form and Requirements

• Passport (signed and valid at least for 6 months).
• Cambodian Visa Application Form, properly filled out on-line, printed out and signed.
• One Colored Passport size photo (2”X2”).For Business Visas you will need supporting documentation such as a letterhead from your company and/or invitation from Cambodia.
• Client Order form. Payments can be made by cash, money order or certified cheque. Prices do not include 13% HST.
